  1. Soak soya chunks for an hour in lukewarm water. Squeeze out the water.then in a bowl add salt, blacke pepper powder,all purpose flour and cornflour.add the chunks to the dry mixure then mix it well. Fry it nicely till it gets crispy

  4. Cook it well then add fried soya chunks to it

Heat the oil, add the onions and stir-fry over high heat till a little brown. Add the green chillies and stir a few times, add the remaindered salt, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and the Soya chunks. When the onions turn pink, add the red chilli powder, salt and soya sauce. Now add the soya chunks and mix well. Add the coriander leaves and saute well.
