The ingredients needed to make Wheat cake in cooker:
  1. Get 1.5 Cups Wheat flour
  2. You need 1 cup Jaggery
  3. Prepare Cashew and raisins
  4. Prepare 1 spoon Baking soda
  5. Prepare 1/2 spoon Cardamom
  6. Provide 1 pinch Salt
  7. Take 1 cup Milk
  8. Use 1/4 cup Oil
Instructions to make Wheat cake in cooker:
  1. Do jaggery syrup with 1/4 cup water.
  2. Filter jaggery syrup.
  3. Jaggery syrup and oil mix.
  4. Seive wheat flour, baking soda,salt,cardamom. Mix all dry ingredients with jaggery and oil.Add pieces of cashew and raisins.
  5. Mix well with milk until cake consistency.
  6. Grease cooker with oil and wheat.preheat tawa and keep in cooker the mix. decorate with cashew and raisin.shake the cooker and keep it without whistle for atleast 35 minutes till done.
  7. After opening cooker put tooth pick and check whether it is done or not.

Secure the lid firmly and tightly on the cooker. Do remember to remove the vent weight (whistle). Bake sponge cake on a low flame or sim, till the cake turns golden.
