- Take a nonstick pan. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marinaded chopped Mushrooms (made into balls) from all the sides till golden brown in low medium flame.
- Remove Mushrooms balls from the pan….to the same oil add chopped garlic and green chilli…Fry for 1 min..
- Add chopped onion and capsicum…. again fry for 1 min..
- Add all sauces, masalas, Mushrooms balls and salt…mix nicely and cook for 1 min to keep the crunchiness intact
