- To make kofta: - - 1: mix all the ingredients under kofta with the mince mix well, and make balls keep aside.
- 2: heat oil add grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.
- 3: then add yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder mix,badiya powder and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
- 4: now add water 3 to 4 cups, wait for a boil on high flame.
- 5: add the balls and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 12 minutes.
