Instructions to make Mutton masala curry:
- First, peel the onion and soak it in water and keep it for half an hour.
- Now marination the mutton.
- We'll add washed mutton to a bowl and then add ginger garlic paste salt red chill powder garam masala meat masala and yoghurt mix well..
- Mix with your hands and set aside for at least an hour.
- Now preparing the masala.
- Add desi ghee to your cooker when hot,add bay leaf,dried red chilli,cinnamon sticks,cloves,black pepper,cardamom stir well till the flavour releases.
- Now add chopped onions Cook on mediun heat till the colour change mix well and cook till golden brown And switch off the flame.
- Now add chopped tomatoes to a mixi,green chillies and our cooked onions,which also includes raw spices grind in the mixi and make a fine paste out of it.
- Now making the curry masala
- Now add ghee to the cooker again, if the ghee becomes hot, add onion tomato paste to it.stir on medium heat add salt red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala,meat masala,kasuri methi mix well then add cashew paste..we will cook the masala on a medium heat for 4-5 min.
- Now add marinated mutton.mix well..cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat and now we will cook it covered with a lid for 10 -15 min on a low flame.after 15 minutes,open and check the ghee is coming out of the gravy on the sides.
- We will add water mix well..now we will let it cook till 3 whistles…we'llswitch off the flame when we hear 3 whistles and open the cooker when the presser automaticly relieves.
- It's cooked perfectly..yummy delicious mutton Masala curry ready..
