Now chopparize (qeema) with prepared chapli kabab masala, along with 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, - We just need a little mix. - Now transfer into deep bowl and add 1 cup maize flour (makai ka aata). - Mix well n cover and leave it in a refrigerator. - Meanwhile cut the veges.
- Now chop tomatoes 3 medium sized,onions 3 medium sized chopped,green coriander 1 cup chopped,green chillies 3 chopped. Add these veges into qeema (mincemeat) - Now add scrambled egg 3, - Lemon juice 3 tbsp, Whisked egg 1,Dry coriander (coarsley crushed) 2 tbsp,Anaar daana crushed 1 tbsp,now mix all these ingredients well.
- Now make chapli kabas and shallow fry on tawa Don't turn till 1 side cooks completely, - Flip over with the help of two spetulas.U can also put tomato slice on kabab And serve these kabas with raita n garlic Naan.
