  1. Take 500 grams chicken
  2. Provide 6 medium sized chopped onion
  3. You need 2 tbsp ginger paste
  4. Provide 2 tbsp garlic paste
  5. You need 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  7. Use 3 bay leaves
  8. Get 1/2 tbsp cumin
  9. Take 2 tbsp garam masala
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp meat masala
  11. Use 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  12. Prepare 100 grams mustard oil
  13. Use 1 stick cardamom
  14. Provide 2 black cardamoms
  15. Get 1 green cardamom
  16. Use 3 dry sabut red chillies
  17. Prepare 2-3 Crushed garlic
  18. Use 1 inch Chopped ginger
  19. Provide 1 Chopped tomato
  20. Prepare 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Instructions to make Chicken masala with chapati:
  1. In a bowl add chicken wash &clean it add some turmeric powder, salt and marinate it keep a side
  2. Now heat the wok add mustard oil then add black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, red chilli, bayleaf, cumin tempered it then add chopped onion saute it becomes golden brown it then add chicken mix properly cover and cook on lower flame for 20 mins.
  3. Now add the gram mssala, meet mssala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped tomato,black pepper salt according your taste mix properly when you make sure spices leaves the oil then add some water cover and cook on lower flame for 10 mins.
  4. For chapati-In a bowl add wheat flour add water knead a dough and a smooth dough now take a small pieces a dough make a roll theen and round shape, now heat the tawa put on your roti flip both sides.

Drizzle some oil over it and knead once. Take the wheat flour in a basin, and include one by one, the crunched cumin seeds, garam masala, corriander powder, chilli powder, salt to taste, finely chopped curry leaves, mint leaves, cabbage / carrot, and finaly butter. Mix it well wen its withouth water. Place the chicken breast pieces into a bowl or freezer bag with the yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
