- Phr pan mein oil add kar ke us my half piyaz add krain or fry karain phr usmy tomatoes dal kar achy se fry krain ke soft hojyin phr zeera kali mirch long tex pat Elaichi add kar ke achy se fry kraain jub tomatoes soft hojyin
- Phr usmy qeema dal kar achy se fry krain or 1 cup pani add kar ke pakny dain
- Jub oil uper ajaye to half bachi koi piyaz add krain or bareek kati mirchain add kar ke fry kar ke again rakh dain ta ke pani achy se dry hojaye
- Jub pani dry hojye to uper se garam masla pisa hoa or kasuri methi garammasal or kati hoi hari mirchain dal kar fry krain
