  1. Firstly prepare stuffing for filling the capsicums. Heat a pan,add oil. When oil is warm lower tho flame add red chilli powder and immediately add ginger paste. Mix and saute for a minute. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum,tomato, peas and cook on medium flame. Now add powered spices,add salt also. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
