The ingredients needed to prepare Potato cutlet:
- Take 6 russet potato big
- You need 500 grams Minced meat (chicken or mutton)
- Use 2 onions
- Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

- Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- Wash potatoes and boil until soft.
- Take the potatoes and remove the skin when it cool.
- Mash the potatoes with a masher, add 1/2 tsp salt, mix thoroughly and keep aside.
- Wash the meat, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, ginger and garlic, coriander leaves, salt, mix well
- Chop onion into very small squares. Keep a a pan, add 2tbs oil, fry onion until golden brown, now add mixed meat and fry in medium flame, and add 1/2 glass water, cover and cook in a low flame until the meat soft and dry (approx 20 min).
- Once it cool, take a ball of mashed potato, flatten in palm, keep a spoon of meat, cover it properly, and keep
- Beat the eggs, roll the cutlets, then roll it in breadcrumbs and arrange in a plate, cover with kitchen tissue and keep for 20 mins.
- Keep a pan pour oil and fry the cutlet in a medium flame 2 at a time and keep it on the tissues to remove excess oil.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce
