Steps to make Beef Coconut Fry:
  1. In a pressure cooker mix together the beef,coconut,1 tsp Chilli powder,turmeric,Corriander,salt and vinegar.Pressure cook this till done.
  2. Meanwhile saute the chopped onions and curry leaves in 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan. Add crushed ginger and garlic and the slitted green chillies & saute.
  3. When this starts to brown add the remaining 1tsp Chilli powder and saute for a minute at medium heat. Add the stock of the cooked beef to this & cook till all the water dries up.
  4. Now add the cooked beef and coconut slices to this.add the pepper and garamasala and cook at medium heat,stirring occasionally and adding oil 1 tsp at a time till nicely browned.
