- Provide 3 tsp veg Manchurian masala
- Prepare 2 tsp schezwan sauce

- Take idli and break into pieces. Add 1tsp Manchurian masala and 1tsp schezwan sauce mix well and make balls.
- Heat oil in Kadhi add 1tsp ginger and garlic paste cook few minutes. Add chopped onion, chopped cabbage, grated carret and capsicum slices mix very well.
- Add 1tsp finely chopped spring onions leaf, 1tsp salt to taste mix well,covered and cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Add 2tsp Manchurian masala, sugar. Mix 1tsp conflour with 2tsp water add the some mix well.
- Add previously prepared ball.cover the ball well with the gravy.sprinkle spring onions leaf coved and cook for half a minutes. Serve hot.
