- For Marinate. Cut the paneer into cubes.take a large bowl add paneer,1 tbsp oil,1 tbsp Cornflour,1 tbsp Maida,salt, Red chilli powder,Haldi powder, Kasuri methi, Garam masala.and mix it well and cover and rest for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes. Take a kadai add oil once the oil heat add marinate paneer and fry it to until the Golden brown. Keep a side
- Now remove the extra oil and add 1 tbsp oil in a kadai add chopped ginger, garlic add capsicum, onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add red chilli sauce, Green chilli sauce,soya sauce, Vinegar and mix it well.now add 1 tbsp Cornflour or water mix properly.and continue stir.add half cup of water.let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add fry paneer mix it well cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- For fried rice. Soaked Rice for 20 to 25 minutes
- Wash the rice and drain excess water from the rice. Bring water to boil it and add soaked rice and let it boil 10 minutes.
- Drain of the water and add 1 cup of Cold water.
- Now take a large kadai add oil once oil heat add chopped ginger, Garlic,onion capsicum. And saute for 2 to 3 minutes.now add pea and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add Red chilli sauce, green chili sauce, Soya sauce Tomato sauce,mix it well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.now add Cooked rice and mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Finally ready to serve Paneer chili and Fried garinsh with Coriander leaves
