The ingredients needed to prepare Chili Crab:
- Provide 1 kg crab
- Provide 1/2 tsp Chinese 4 spice
- Take 1 head Garlic
- Get 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
- Get 1/4 cup Banana Catsup
- Take 2 tbsp Butter
- Take 1/2 cup Soda
- Use 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Prepare 5 stick Green Finger Chili
- Take 2 stick Onion leeks or Spring Onion
- Get 1 tbsp Veg. Oil
- Get 1 small Ginger (julienne)
Instructions to make Chili Crab:
- Wash the crab very carefully
- Heat the wok, put in Oil and Butter
- Add Ginger and Garlic, Saute put the Crab
- Add Oyster Sauce, Catsup, Soda, Chinese 4 Spice, Brown Sugar
- Simmer for a minute, add half of the Chilies (sliced)
- Add pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Top with Half of the Chilies and Onion Leeks
Remove cover and stir in tomato paste and chili sauce.
