The ingredients needed to cook Rava Laddoo:
- Use 1 Cup rava
- Provide 1 Cup sugar
- Get 1/2 Cup coconut
- Take 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom powder
- Provide 1/2 Cup milk boiled and cooled
- Get 6 Tablespoons ghee
- Take 3 Tablespoons Cashewnuts
- Use 2 Tablespoons raisins
Instructions to make Rava Laddoo:
- Heat pan in medium flame. To it add 2 Tablespoon of ghee. Add cashewnut, aas they turn light orange add raisins.and give a stir.
- When raisin turn plum, add rava and give a stir. To it add 1 tablespoon of ghee and fry rava exactly for 5 mins continuously
- To this add coconut,sugar, cardomom powder.Give a fine stir
- Fry rava for 1 min adding 1 tablespoon of ghee
- And finally add 2 tablespoon of ghee.Mix well and transfer to a plate. Allow to cool
- To a small portion of mixture add 1 spoon of milk and mix it. scoop a handfull of this wet mixture and make balls. allow it to set. repeat the same for remaing mixture. Note: u canuse sugar according to ur taste.. 3/4 cup of sugar will also be sweet.
