- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets to the water and cook them just until fork-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the florets and transfer them to a food processor. Make a paste of the broccoli for a few seconds in the mixer blender and just blend until the broccoli breaks down into small pieces.
