The ingredients needed to make Chana Chilli:
  1. You need 1 cup Kabuli Chana
  2. Take 1 Capsicum
  3. Prepare 1 Tomato
  4. Use 4 Spring onions
  5. You need 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  6. Prepare 4 Green chilli
  7. You need 2 Onion
  8. Use 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  9. Take 1 tbsp or as required Oil
  10. You need 4 Garlic chopped
  11. Take 1 Ginger chopped
Steps to make Chana Chilli:
  1. Wash & soak the chana for 2 hours. After 2 hours boil the chana with salt give 3 whistles. Strain & coat with cornflour.
  2. Again coat chana with cornflour & red chilli powder. Deep-fry the chana. Fried chana is ready, keep it aside.
  3. Cut the ingredients into small pieces. Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil put ginger, garlic, green chilli & chopped onion saute for 1-2 mint. Then add chopped capsicum & Spring onion saute for 1 mint. Add salt and mix it well.
  4. Add chop tomato saute for 30 seconds. Add fried chana & coriander leaves mix it well. Now add a spoon of red chilli sauces mix it well.
  5. Chana chilli is ready. Garnishing with chopped coriander leaves & chopped Spring onion serve it as a starter.
