- Prepare 200 g Soyabean chunks boiled
- Use 1/2 cup cornflour
- Take 8-10 garlic cloves

- Add cornflour in Soyabean chunks and mix well
- Heat oil and fry Soyabean chunks and keep aside
- Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil
- Add Chopped garlic and green chili
- Cook for 2 minutes then add onion and capcicum
- Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes
- Add soya sauce and cook it for 1 minute
- Add water 1 /2 cup to the tomato sauce and mix it
- Then add tomato sauce and cook it for 1 minute
- Then add Soyabean chunks and mix well
- And cook for 2 minutes.And off the gas.
