The ingredients needed to cook Galouti kabab:
- Prepare 500 gm minced meat
- Provide 1 handful coriander leaves
- Take 2 green chillies
- Use 1/2 cup fried onions
- Prepare 2 tbsp raw papaya paste
- Provide 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 tsp chilli powder
- Use 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Prepare 1 tsp salt
- Prepare 2 tsp cashew powder
- Use 1 tbsp sattoo (roasted besan)
- Take 1 tsp lemon juice
- Get 1 tsp rose water
- Get 3-4 drops kewra water
- Take 1 tbsp mustard oil
- You need 1/2 cup oil to fry
Steps to make Galouti kabab:
- Grind the minced meat along with the coriander leaves and green chilli. Then add all the ingredients and mix well with hand.
- Make a well in the center and keep a small bowl with a burning coal. Drop some ghee on it and cover for 1 min. U will get the smoky flavour in the kabab. Mix the kabab mixture once again and let it rest for 30 mins.
- Make small oval shaped balls. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add the galouti kababs to the pan. Cook on medium flame from both sides till it is cooked and turns nice and golden. Serve hot with green dahi chutney and onions
