  1. You need 4 boiled potatoes
  2. Take 4 bread slices
  3. You need To taste salt
  4. Use 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  5. You need 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp cumin seeds powder
  7. Get 1 " piece grated ginger
  8. Get 1 tb sp kasuri methi
  9. Prepare As required Cooking Oil
  10. Provide Tomato ketchup for serving
Steps to make Potato Tikki:
  1. Mash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Grind bread slices in a mixer and make bread crumbs.
  2. Mix bread crumbs in mashed potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper and kasuri methi and mix well and make a dough.
  3. Mix and knead the dough. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make a tikki. Like wise make all the tikkis.
  4. Heat a griddle. Heat cooking oil and shallow fry tikkis till crispie golden brown. Flip the side and shallow fry from other side also.
  5. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
