- Prepare 8 leg pieces
- You need 2 tbsp vinegar
- Provide 1 tsp black pepper
- Prepare 2 tbsp soya sauce
- You need 1 tsp garlic paste

- You need 20 green chillies

- Marinate chicken in soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt, and garlic for 1 hour.
- Cut onion, green chillies and put aside.
- In a pan add oil heat it. Add onion and green chillies and ginger. Stir and cook on high flame. When slightly cooked turn off flame.
- Now take out it and keep aside. In the same pan add marinated chicken and cook until it change it's colour.
- Then add already cooked green chillies, onion and ginger. Mix it well and once if look done turn off the flame.
