- Prepare 14 idli's
- Provide 2 capsicum
- Provide 1 big onion
- You need 2 tsp soya sauce
- Take 2 tsp green chili sauce
- Get 1 tsp red chili sauce
- Take 3 green chillies
- Provide 1 tbsp garlic granules
- Get 1 tbsp ginger
- You need 2 tsp salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp oil
- You need Pinch sugar
Steps to make Idli chili dry:
- Wash the veggies in dices. Cut slit the green chillies. Finely chop the ginger. Used garlic granules instead of fresh garlic cloves. (Due to lockdown not available).
- Heat oil, add garlic granules, ginger and green chillies. Saute it. Add onions. Cook for few seconds. (Don't over cook, should feel the crunchy ness of the onion.)
- Now add the capsicum, cook for few seconds, same like the onions. Add the sauce's, salt and the chopped idli's. (had idlis made in advance).
- Mix well, add a pinch of sugar. Give a nice toss. Serve hot hot idli chili dry. (Even spring onions not available due to lockdown)
